The purpose of the ROI Community of Practice is to provide a practitioner focus on measuring the business effectiveness of training. Meetings include discussion or guest speakers that revolve around best practices, current trends, issues someone might be experiencing, and theories or research that relate to the use of ROI in training and development.

Objectives:
The objectives of the ROI COP are to:

• Enable you to meet other ASTD-VOS members who have similar interests, goals and challenges.
• Provide opportunities to share ideas and learn new concepts.

• Determing business benefits
• Intangible measures
• Implementation
